Small win: caught up on rent - 9 months and counting

My first paycheck after 26 weeks arrived today. There are 10 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I called the lender and they worked with me.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
