Phone screen booked, I am thrilled, store manager here

After 6 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a store manager. I am in Cincinnati, in case local advice matters. I tailored my résumé and added a short note. How do you stay calm?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 12 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I am so glad. Tailoring the résumé made the difference for me too.
