Phone screen booked, I am thrilled, hotel front-desk agent here

After 17 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a hotel front-desk agent. It has been weighing on me all week. I have not been this excited in months.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I am so glad. Tailoring the résumé made the difference for me too.
