Phone screen booked, I am thrilled

After 15 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a hotel front-desk agent. I have been trying to stay organised about it. I tailored my résumé and added a short note. How do you stay calm?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
