Phone screen booked, I am thrilled (Baltimore)

After 13 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a call-centre agent. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I tailored my résumé and added a short note. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
