Phone screen booked, I am thrilled - any advice?

After 5 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a payroll clerk. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They liked my volunteering experience. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
