Phone screen booked, I am thrilled after 5 years as a hotel front-desk agent

After 5 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a hotel front-desk agent. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I tailored my résumé and added a short note. How do you stay calm?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
