Phone screen booked, I am thrilled after 18 years as an electrician's helper

A recruiter called me back after a long silence. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I have not been this excited in months. What did you ask at the end of the interview?

Congratulations! That is great news. Prepare three stories and a couple of questions, and you will be fine.
