Phone screen booked, I am thrilled after 14 years as an electrician's helper

A recruiter called me back after a long silence. I worked as an electrician's helper before this. I have not been this excited in months. How do you stay calm?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
