Phone screen booked, I am thrilled

After 14 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a call-centre agent. I do not usually post, so bear with me. They liked my volunteering experience. How do you stay calm?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
