Phone screen booked, I am thrilled

After 4 applications I finally got a call for an interview as a call-centre agent. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. I tailored my résumé and added a short note. Any last-minute tips?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 8 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
