Passed on a lead and they got the job (update)

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. It has been a long 9 weeks. I was nervous but it went well. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 7 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
