Passed on a lead and they got the job (update)

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I have been trying to stay organised about it. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 9 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
