Passed on a lead and they got the job (Tampa)

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. There are 4 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
