Passed on a lead and they got the job (San Diego)

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I am in San Diego, in case local advice matters. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for sharing. It makes the forum better.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
