Passed on a lead and they got the job (Raleigh)

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I am in Raleigh, in case local advice matters. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
