Passed on a lead and they got the job - first time posting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. It has been a long 11 weeks. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 13 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
