Passed on a lead and they got the job - first time posting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
