Passed on a lead and they got the job, electrician's helper here

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I was nervous but it went well. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for sharing. It makes the forum better.
