Passed on a lead and they got the job

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I worked as a dental hygienist before this. He started on Monday. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
