Passed on a lead and they got the job (Columbus)

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I am in Columbus, in case local advice matters. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Nice work. Referrals count for a lot.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
