Passed on a lead and they got the job, bookkeeper here

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. It has been weighing on me all week. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

That is lovely. It does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
