Passed on a lead and they got the job, bookkeeper here

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I am in Nashville, in case local advice matters. He started on Monday. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 11 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
