Passed on a lead and they got the job

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
