Passed on a lead and they got the job - any advice?

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. Thank you in advance. I was nervous but it went well. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
