Passed on a lead and they got the job - any advice?

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. It has been weighing on me all week. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
