Passed on a lead and they got the job after 7 years as an accountant

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. He started on Monday. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
