Passed on a lead and they got the job after 3 years as a quality inspector

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. There are 3 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. He started on Monday. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
