Passed on a lead and they got the job after 18 years as a welding apprentice

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I do not usually post, so bear with me. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.

Thanks for sharing. It makes the forum better.
