Passed on a lead and they got the job after 13 years as a copywriter

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. There are 13 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I was nervous but it went well. Anyone else paying it forward?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It saved me later.
