Passed on a lead and they got the job, administrative assistant here

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. This is my first time dealing with any of this. He started on Monday. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

That is lovely. It does come around.
