Passed on a lead and they got the job, administrative assistant here

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I am in Richmond, in case local advice matters. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 6 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
