Passed on a lead and they got the job, accountant here

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. He started on Monday. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Thanks for sharing. It makes the forum better.
