Passed on a lead and they got the job

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. I worked as a payroll clerk before this. I was nervous but it went well. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
