Passed on a lead and they got the job - 4 months and counting

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. I do not usually post, so bear with me. I was nervous but it went well. It really does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
