Passed on a lead and they got the job - 4 months and counting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. It has been weighing on me all week. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
