Passed on a lead and they got the job

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. Thank you in advance. He started on Monday. Anyone else paying it forward?

That is lovely. It does come around.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
