Passed on a lead and they got the job - 20 weeks in

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. There are 12 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. I was nervous but it went well. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
