Passed on a lead and they got the job - 20 weeks in

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. It really does come around.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
