Passed on a lead and they got the job - 2 months and counting

I reviewed a friend's résumé and he got an interview. This is my first time dealing with any of this. It felt good to give something back after others helped me. Anyone else paying it forward?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 2 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
