Passed on a lead and they got the job - 18 weeks in

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. There are 17 people counting on me, so I am trying to be careful. He started on Monday. It really does come around.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
