Passed on a lead and they got the job - 17 weeks in

A neighbour told me about her job search, and I shared a lead I found here. It has been a long 17 weeks. I was nervous but it went well. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 4 months ago, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
