Passed on a lead and they got the job - 15 weeks in

I referred a former colleague for a role at my new company. He started on Monday. Thank you for the advice that got me here.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.

I hope I can do the same when I am back on my feet.
