Passed my licensing exam - what worked for you?

I finished a short course in Toledo while looking for work as an HR coordinator. Any experience at all would help. I already had an interview request. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 10 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
