Passed my licensing exam (update)

I finished a short course in Atlanta while looking for work as a call-centre agent. I worked as a call-centre agent before this. It was hard to study with so much going on. Any tips for using it on my résumé?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 5 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
