Passed my licensing exam (update)

I finished a short course in Knoxville while looking for work as a call-centre agent. I am in Knoxville, in case local advice matters. A friend helped me with practice tests. What should I aim for next?

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
