Passed my licensing exam, retail manager here

I finished a short course in Baltimore while looking for work as a retail manager. I have read a lot of threads here and could not find my exact situation. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it 3 months ago, and it got easier once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
