Passed my licensing exam, nurse's aide here

After 15 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I would rather hear the honest version than the polite one. I already had an interview request. What should I aim for next?

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
