Passed my licensing exam (Cleveland)

After 21 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I worked as a hotel front-desk agent before this. I already had an interview request. Thanks for the encouragement.

Keep everything in writing and save the confirmation numbers. It made the follow-up calls so much easier.
