Passed my licensing exam - any advice?

After 15 weeks of evening classes I have a new certificate. I worked as an office manager before this. It was hard to study with so much going on. Thanks for the encouragement.

Thanks for writing this out. I went through something close to it last year, and it settled down once I kept a simple log of every call and form.
